So, last night, Emmy fell asleep in our room and I took her into her room. She of course woke up so I crawled into her fancy dancy fairy bed with her (it’s a Thanksgiving miracle that the darn thing didn’t collapse) until she went back to sleep. She slept all night long in her room without waking up once! I, on the other hand, was up almost all night missing her. About 4am, I asked John, who was also awake without his snuggle bunny, if this was how it was going to feel when she left to go to college. Hopefully I can get used to this soon!
