Teriann and Robert

Our sweet Teriann Dildine became Teriann Turner this summer. She was so sweet to include our family in the celebration. Emmy was a junior bridesmaid, John and his dad played guitar as they walked down the aisle and I was even allowed to be in the family pictures. It was a special day for all. Kenden really thought so.

 

 

Key West

I had a conference in Key West that just happened to be the weekend before Tara's birthday. I was so excited she agreed to go with me and we stayed through the weekend to get in some good fun. We had a blast. As soon as my stuff was over on Friday, we got massages and rented bicycles to ride all over town.

We flew into Miami and drove the scenic view to Key West.

We ate at some amazing places, including Blue Heaven, where the cats and roosters roamed free. :)

We weren't sure about it but we visited the home of Ernest Hemingway home. It ended up being one of our favorite things of the whole trip. He was quite a character--especially the six toe cats and the cat cemetery.

Our hotel overlooked a museum with amazing statues. 

We attempted snorkeling. Well, I did for about five minutes and jumped back in the boat. Tara was determined to see the coral so she kept on going. We found out later that it was one of the roughest trips they had done and they almost called it.

Elly is one!

Oh how lucky we are to have Elly in our family!!! She turned one and got a great party, complete with a pinata filled with Snausages.

Easter

We always have such a great Easter. It was always mom's favorite holiday so I really enjoy spending it with the Jacksons.

Our church has a great egg hunt and this year we ran into my cousin Harrison and his son.
