Eureka Springs and Branson

Our friends Steveo and Karen live in Eureka Springs which is near one of our credit union branches. I grabbed the crew and took them with me. There is a giant cross of Jesus there that we visited as well as the tree decorations that Karen and Steve knitted.  After a fun time there, we went to Silver Dollar City in Branson. Emmy was glad to have a rollercoaster buddy in Jimmy!

Alaska

Seattle was so close to Alaska, we flew up before coming home. It was wild to be in 24 hour daylight.  We stayed in a cabin outside of Denali National Park--the closest I am going to be to camping. We saw lots of moose, went to a reindeer farm and white water rafted. The most amazing thing by far was seeing the glacier. I had hoped we would see one but never imagined we would get to climb and crawl on one. It was the best place we have ever visited!
